How to contact any offerwall

This article will contain a list of contact methods and instructions on how to get in touch with any of our offerwalls/offer providers to resolve any issues that you may run into when completing offers on their end - to search for a specific provider faster simply press CTRL + F on your keyboard and search for the name of the provider in question.

If you encounter any difficulties with a task initiated via an offerwall, you can typically check your reward status directly within the offerwall interface. Here, you'll find how to directly contact the offerwall for assistance with particular issues. While reaching out, please allow a few weeks for the offerwall to reply, as they handle a high volume of inquiries.

Bitlabs:
Head to the Bitlabs offerwall, find the menu icon in the upper left corner, navigate to the 'Reward History' segment, and click the 'Help' button next to the offer's name to create a missing credit ticket by filling out the requested information.

Lootably:
To contact Lootably's support, click the 'support' tab on the top right of the offerwall, then copy your Lootably support ID and send an email to support@lootably.com (make sure to include your Lootably support ID).
If you have an issue with Loot.tv you can email support@loot.tv

Adbreak Media:
Go to the Adbreak Media offerwall, click the three lines in the top right, select 'Reward Status,' choose the offer you need help with, then click 'Contact support' and fill in the required information.

Revlum:
Go to the Revlum offerwall, click the 'History' button on the right hand side, then click 'Report a problem' on the offer for which you are missing coins.

Monlix:
Go to the Monlix offerwall, click the three stripes at the top right, then select 'Contact' to reach support.

Timewall:
To reach out to Timewall regarding offer completions, scroll to the footer of their offerwall and click the chat icon located at the bottom right.

Adtowall:
To contact Adtowall regarding missing coins, go to their offerwall and click the settings icon at the top right. Then, navigate to 'Pending Offers' to find the option to contact support for assistance.

RevU:
To contact RevU regarding a specific offer completed through their offerwall, visit RevU and click on the headset icon at the top right corner to access their support tab. From there, select the offer you had issues with and follow the provided instructions to contact them accordingly.

ToroX:
To file a missing credit ticket with Torox, access their offerwall, click "My activity," select the affected offer, and click on the "Missing Credits?" button. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the missing credits button to appear.

Prizely:
To contact Prizely regarding missing coins, simply navigate to the offerwall and locate the support icon positioned at the bottom right corner of the screen.
